The HSV and Southern Sporting Car Club are having their 2nd track day for the year at Wakefield Park.

NSCC are the other invitational club. These days are run on the same format as the NSCC day so it is a great opportunity to race against some other types of cars and get some valuable track time before our next NSCC day in early October.

This event will be held on Sunday the 28th of July. Please fill in entry forms in track day thread

The HSV Owners Club and Nissan Sporting Car Clubs are holding a combined Dyno Day in partnership with Spiro Papadimatos, proprietor of Autotech Engineering, using a state of the art four wheel drive capable dyno.

If you are interested in entering your car we would suggest you get in early, as there are limited spaces which will be filled on a “first in” basis.
Entrants will receive 2 power runs and an A4 dyno chart printout for framing.
Venue: Autotech Engineering, 18-20 George Street Granville NSW, starting at 9:00am
Cost: $64.00 per vehicle including a lunchtime sausage sizzle and laminated A4 dyno chart.
Dyno Competition: The Dyno Competition will be based on Kilowatts per Litre, not outright power in the below classes. Outright power will only be used for establishing club records (Forced Induction and Naturally Aspirated outright records in both Manual and Auto transmission categories). A Winners Certificate will be emailed to entrants showing their place in this competition.

A mix of new and old NSCC members made the pilgramige to Wakefield Park Raceway for the first club specific trackday for 2013.
All were greeted with a cold foggy morning which quickly burnt off to produce a magnificant sunny day with very little wind.

The track was very cold early and careful driving was needed to stay on as some found out. By lunch time conditions were perfect for everyone to set their best times with quite a lot of PB's eventuating.
The day went like clock work with drivers and organisers alike adhering to the format which yeilded 7 driver sessions for the day.

All drivers drove with complete safety and made for another incident free event

Overall, bang for buck you cannot go past a NSCC track day.

    Bring on October...
