NSCC Track Day Wakefield Saturday 25th of October (Club News)
By nscc - Published: October 27, 2008

What a great day, another fantastic NSCC Track Day run with a field of 53 cars.  Weather was just lovely and sunny 23.2 degrees perfect for some challenging track action.  With scuitineering and drivers briefing completed we proceeded to the first passenger session with more experienced drivers showing the newer members the line's arround the track and how to use the apex and braking markers.

The first timed sessions then occured with those very same first time members learning the challenge that is Wakefield.  We all then stood and watched as Group one blasted down the straight especially the 300ZX rocket of Johns who ended up with a PB 1:04.65.  We then had some white S15's gathering some dirt as they joined the slightly brown pants club...:P   As the afternoon moved to the last few sessions the drivers began to run some very fast times indeed with JJ pulling out a 107:48 as the fastest street car of the day, living up to the moto drive to the track and drive home ...:)  A big thankyou goes out to all officials who helped on the day.

NSCC Drag Night WSID Wednesday 17th September 2008 (Club News)
By nscc - Published: August 25, 2008

We have arranged for the next event in the NSCC Championship to be on the 17th Sept. We will be reserving a lane at WSID for NSCC members and having entry spots reserved for the club so as we don't have members missing out on the night if they turn up a bit late. It also means that we can line up with our arch enemys (e.g. S Types vs 'Race Boats') and finally put some figures down and compare each others driving and mods.
